Best Partnership for Poverty Reduction

The Best for poverty reduction is one of the longest standing categories of the World Responsible Tourism Awards and African Responsible Tourism Awards. In 2017, the emphasis is on the partnerships that use travel experiences to achieve a measurable reduction in poverty among a local community, and include local and marginalised people – creating economically and socially inclusive forms of tourism provision and shared value with local communities.
